Passing through the historic Gladstonos street, we see an impressive privateresidence complex. The atmosphere exudes harmony and promotes coexistence of the past with the present, of the new with the old urban culture, of the classic with the modern architectural design.

Without disturbing this precious balance, we build upon it, so that coeo works like a new lifestyle proposal, which is deconstructed andenriches the idea of ​​city life, with the existence of a modern, quiet, protected neighborhood in terms of luxury and architectural design.

Bringing Gladstone's legacy
into modern times

The use of Latin language in naming expresses this coexistence of past with the present, as Latin nowadays is a language usde exclusively as an element of glamor and reference to a majestic past.

The naming of the residences follows the same route, creating a liaison to the past (espice), present (adspice) and future (prospice), while the coexistence of the names of the individual houses creates a

strong manifesto of the "coeo exclusive residences" lifestyle.

The visual identity of coeo is designed by the team of SOUL creative agency that lead the creative process and is based on the "common space", either separating or joining two parts, which is formed through a thin line, inspired by the Pedia river. The association highlights the dynamic nature of the newly created surface, formed by the individual surfaces that come tocontact and symbolizing the added value of our creative work, drawing an analogy with the versatility of the elements that coexist harmoniously within the river.

The common space is present in all design applications, in a distinct but subtle way, illustrating the precious relationship of privacy to the community, which governs the new era of neighborhoods in Nicosia.
